Our program is broken into two age groups; Middle School (6th-8th grade) and High School  (9th -12th grade), this includes Confirmation Prep as well as Confirmation. The Archdiocese of Santa Fe requires teens to complete two years of preparation in order to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.

Our Adult Core Members, look forward to walking with your teens on their faith journey. We are dedicated to providing them with a fun and safe environment where they can deepen their relationship with Christ while creating memories and faith-based life lessons with their peers and friends. We encourage teens to invite their friends to join us! You do not need to be Catholic to join in the journey, we only ask that our guests respect our Catholic teachings and practices while attending Risen Savior Youth Faith Formation activities. All Middle School & High School youth and those in Confirmation Prep and Confirmation must register. The registration fee is $30. Guests and friends do not need to fill out a registration form unless they plan on joining us permanently (which we would love!). We will collect emergency contact information when they choose to join us.

I strongly encourage teens that have received the sacrament of Confirmation to still participate in Youth Group and parish activities. There is not a registration fee for those teens that have been Confirmed, but we do need a registration form on file in order for you to participate. 

We will provide a 28-week program beginning in September and ending in April. Our programs are filled with Catholic teachings, deepening of faith, engaging & fun activities, community service, and support when needed. Our 2023-2024 calendar and more detailed information will be handed out following the Welcome Mass on Wednesday, September 6th at 6:00 PM.

Middle School (6th - 8th grade) Youth Group will meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM in the Mother Theresa Youth Building (North of the Church) in the main area.         NOTE TIME CHANGE

High School (9th - 12th grade) Youth Group will meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM in the Mother Theresa Youth Building (North of the Church) in the game room.       NOTE TIME CHANGE

Confirmation Prep: We will meet on scheduled Sundays from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM*

Confirmation (must have completed one-year Confirmation Prep prior): Will meet on scheduled Sundays from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM*

*All teens registered in Confirmation Prep and Confirmation must participate in Youth Group and parish functions/activities. This will be further discussed at the parent/guardian/teen meeting on September 10, 2023, at 4:00 PM in the Youth Center.
